I’m strongest in the messy middle of IT operations: turning scattered access requests, device changes, support handoffs, and recurring service issues into clearer systems people can trust.

Recent work includes automated provisioning across Okta, JumpCloud, Intune, Google Workspace, Adobe, and Asana; a 223-device migration tracker; AI-assisted ITSM tooling; Okta lifecycle workflows; and CI/CD packaging for Intune applications.
